Shipping Info: To keep shipping costs down for you, all orders are sent as regular letter mail through Canada Post, therefore I cannot offer tracking. In Canada, your order should arrive within one business week. In the USA your order can take 1-3 weeks to arrive. International orders take 2-4 weeks to arrive.
If you would like to pay for tracking on your package, please let me know and I will give you an estimate to how much that will cost.
Return Policy: If you wish to return their sealed order, you must pay for shipping back to me but will receive a refund for the CD.
If the CD is arrives damaged, please provide photos of damage and I will send out a new one free of charge.
If the CD does not arrive in the mail please let me know and I will send out a new one free of charge.
If you have opened the CD and removed the plastic casing unfortunately I cannot accept a return, consider giving it as a gift or donate it to your local thrift shop :-)
